digatus is an IT consulting and services group based in Munich. From various locations, we work daily for the success of our customers, both nationally and internationally. Our Supervisory Board has three members whose distinctive experience and competencies complement each other perfectly. More information in our Interview.
Karl Bals
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Karl Bals has extensive experience in managing large international IT organizations. In his role as CIO, he gained many years of corporate experience at Siemens AG and Infineon Technologies AG. Among other things, he was involved in the IPO of a DAX company and the spin-off of various parts of a large DAX group. In 2015, he took over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board at digatus.
Manfred Dietlmeier
deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Manfred Dietlmeier is businessman and IT organizer. From 1979 to 2016, he held various positions as a senior executive at Siemens AG. Among other things, he acted there as project manager for major projects, application development and IT support for the Group’s central offices as well as for the Executive Board and Supervisory Board. As a manager, he was responsible for up to 100 employees. Since 2016, he is Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board at digatus.
Dr. Albrecht Schleich
Supervisory Board
Dr. Albrecht Schleich is a legal and has more than three decades of management experience in politics and business. After graduating, he worked in the ministerial administration of the Free State of Bavaria and the federal government before moving to the energy industry in 1990. There he participated in the reconstruction of the East and established a new corporate communication for the legal predecessor of today’s Vattenfall GmbH. In 2001, he took over the development and management of the Upper Bavaria region at E.ON Bayern AG. From 2008 to 2017, he was a member of the Management Board of Rhein-Main-Donau AG in Munich. He is involved in numerous business associations and has been active as a policy advisor in the field of energy policy for many years. Since 2018, he has strengthened the supervisory board of digatus.
