As a Principal (m/f/d), you will work predominantly strategically in addition to occasional operational activities. You identify conceptual weaknesses, develop appropriate strategies for successful problem solving, and confidently present them at the CxO level. In addition to an in-depth examination of the content of the topics, this also involves a broad understanding of IT in the areas of applications, infrastructure and project management through to tasks and topics in the areas of compliance, governance and organizational development.
A Principal (m/f/d) is a charismatic and professional leader. The leadership responsibility is characterized by, among other things, the technical leadership of project members and the training of employees in project management.
As a Trusted Advisor (m/f/d) you are the contact person for strategic key accounts and their individual needs.

Manager
As a Manager (m/f/d) at digatus, you will be responsible for the holistic planning, implementation and budget control of projects. In this context, you will represent the interests and requirements of our customers, act as a contact person in a dedicated specialist area and ensure continuous contact with customers and partners. You will also independently acquire projects and negotiate contracts on your own responsibility. Due to the close customer contact and the leadership responsibility in the project, you also bring along distinct empathic and rhetorical skills. On the professional side, the social skills are complemented by deep industry knowledge, expertise in a specific field, and in-depth experience in project management.

Senior Consultant
You are the face to our customers from the first second on in all phases of the project life cycle and contribute decisively to the success of challenging projects. As a senior project manager or consultant (m/f/d), you will act as the interface between customers and internal experts and coordinate customer requests, project requirements and the project team in a targeted manner. In doing so, you take up the requirements of our customers, are always in close contact and develop the customer optimized solution. At the senior level, your responsibilities include setting the overall workstream strategy and direction in the project. This includes the definition of project goals, project planning and the optimal composition of the project team for operational project implementation.

Consultant
As a consultant (m/f/d) you already have significantly more responsibility and take on more extensive tasks in a project. From conception to planning and control as well as the implementation of topics, depending on the skills you bring to the table. Of course, with increasing responsibility, the range of tasks expands and so new tasks are added here, such as the topics of risk management and stakeholder management.
In addition, as part of the digatus mentoring program, you will take on the role of mentor for juniors, dual students, and bachelor’s/master’s students and use your experience to provide advice and support for career development.

Junior Consultant
In the role of Junior Consultant (m/f/d), you will directly support customer projects and thus learn the operational and technical interrelationships from scratch. Here you have responsibility and a leading role in the project right from the start. You will take on exciting tasks, e.g. in the Project Management Office, such as project planning and control, stakeholder management and project reporting, or support our business analysts in business process analysis and the collection of customer requirements.
