The carve-out of Stumpp + Sch\u00fcle, which was acquired by FairCap GmbH, was characterized by a close IT integration with the former parent company Lesj\u00f6fors. At the same time, Stumpp + Sch\u00fcle’s ongoing operations relied on the IT functioning without interruption, which posed special requirements for the separation. <\/p>\n

Additionally, the employees were familiar with the existing systems, which presented a challenge as they would have to work with an independent IT landscape in the future. Time constraints and the high complexity of the project increased the pressure to implement the separation efficiently and without compromising operational continuity.
