Who are you and how did you become aware of digatus?<\/h5>

My name is Niklas Junker, I’m currently studying Business Administration at the University of Bayreuth and I’m now entering my sixth semester. Due to my choice of specialization in my studies, which are in the areas of Business Informatics and Service Management, I was specifically looking for a consulting service company with a focus on IT.
Through previous internships, I had already gained some insights into management consulting and wanted to further expand my expertise in this industry with a focus on (business) informatics.
I learned about digatus through friends and acquaintances and became curious about the company. <\/p>

Why did you choose digatus?<\/h5>

A start-up, founded in 2015, now with a team of more than 100 people, as well as enormous growth prospects and a personal working atmosphere… I was immediately convinced and wrote my application on the same day.
The invitation for a personal interview in Munich followed shortly after, and after another interesting conversation to get to know each other, this time in the Nuremberg digatus office, as well as a telephone interview, I received the confirmation for my internship within a very short time.<\/p>

Niklas Junker<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>

In your opinion, what is the biggest benefit of being an intern at digatus?<\/h5>

There are actually many. After a very short settling-in phase, I was firmly involved in several projects and felt integrated into the team from the very beginning. <\/p>

Based in the digatus Business Center Private Equity and MA, I was able to take on concrete tasks independently and gained good insights into various subject areas, such as carve-out scenarios and IT due diligence procedures. Through intensive involvement in ongoing customer projects, I was able to gain particularly practice-oriented experience and thus learned a lot.
In the second half of the internship, I was mainly allowed to accompany and support the managing director in Munich in day-to-day business. In addition, I was able to participate in the development, optimization and sales of the new digatus MA tool (MIKE) by, for example, testing individual functions from a user perspective, preparing the tool for a specific customer project and helping to create the sales documents. For me, this was a great responsibility and task, which I enjoyed very much. <\/p>

Making coffee? No way! <\/h5>

In conclusion, I can say about the consulting internship at digatus that I was very well taken care of and that I have become richer in many experiences, nice people and, as far as my table football skills are concerned.
