Project Management Office (PMO)

For the successful implementation of large-scale projects or programs, the implementation of a Project Management Office (PMO) is recommended. Its tasks include the coordination of projects and resources as well as effectiveness and efficiency monitoring in the form of opportunity and risk management. Transition & Change Management

Recent developments show that a change towards a modern and sustainable work culture can only be achieved with new impulses and advancing digitalization. The use of modern technologies is essential to remain flexible and competitive. To lay the foundation for such a transformation, good transition management is necessary. At the beginning of a transition project, we first define the requirements and the specific goal together with the customer as part of the scoping process. This is elementary in order to bring the expectations of all parties into line with the planning. In addition, a detailed risk analysis must be carried out to ensure continuous business processes right from the start. Here it is important to identify the employees affected by the changes and to take their individual challenges into account. Based on these activities, the transition plan can be created and it is possible to define the project duration. Professional change management ensures transparent communication and increases the commitment and acceptance of all those involved.
