Junior Consultant
As a Junior Consultant (m/f/d), you directly support client projects and thus learn the operational and technical contexts from the ground up. From the very beginning, you have responsibility and play a key role in the project. You take on exciting tasks, e.g., in the Project Management Office, such as project planning and control, stakeholder management, and project reporting, or support our business analysts in business process analysis and capturing customer requirements.

Consultant
As a Consultant (m/f/d), you already have significantly more responsibility and take on more comprehensive tasks in a project. From conception to planning and control, and also in implementation of topics, depending on the skills you bring. Of course, with increasing responsibility, the range of tasks expands, and new tasks are added, such as risk management and stakeholder management.
In addition, as part of the digatus mentoring program, you take on the role of mentor for juniors, dual students, and bachelor’s/master’s students, providing advice and support with your experience in career development.

Senior Consultant
From the very first second, you are the face to our clients in all phases of the project lifecycle and contribute decisively to the success of challenging projects. As a Senior Project Manager or Consultant (m/f/d), you represent the interface between the clients and internal specialists and coordinate customer wishes, project requirements, and the project team in a goal-oriented manner. You capture the requirements of our clients, are always in close contact, and develop the optimal solution for the customer. At the senior level, you are responsible for defining the overall workstream strategy and alignment in the project. This includes setting project goals, project planning, and the optimal composition of the project team for operational project implementation.

Manager
As a Manager (m/f/d) at digatus, you will take on the holistic planning, implementation, and budget control of projects. You will represent the interests and requirements of our customers, act as a contact person in a dedicated field of expertise, and ensure continuous contact maintenance with customers and partners. You will also independently acquire projects and negotiate contracts on your own responsibility. Due to the closer customer contact and leadership responsibility in the project, you will also bring pronounced empathetic and rhetorical skills. The social competencies are complemented on the professional side by deep industry knowledge, expertise in a special field, as well as in-depth experience in project management.

Principal
As a Principal (m/f/d), you will work predominantly strategically alongside occasional operational activities. You identify conceptual weaknesses, develop corresponding strategies for successful problem-solving, and confidently present these at the CxO level. In addition to an in-depth examination of the topics, this also involves a broad IT understanding in the areas of applications, infrastructure, and project management, up to tasks and topics in the areas of compliance, governance, and organizational development.
A Principal (m/f/d) is a charismatic and professional leader. The leadership responsibility is characterized, among other things, by the professional guidance of project members and the training of employees in project management.
As a Trusted Advisor (m/f/d), you are the contact person for strategic key accounts and their individual needs.
