Our IT Operations and Services team supports clients with comprehensive expertise and experience in managing service processes. Whether by phone at the Service Help Desk or directly on-site—client concerns are our highest priority. Tasks range from first-, second-, and third-level support to implementing migration projects and monitoring solutions. Technologies such as Microsoft 365, Azure Services, Veeam Backup, Cisco Meraki, and many others are used daily to ensure optimal solutions. VIP Service Engineer
As a VIP Service Engineer (m/f/d), you independently handle support and consulting tasks related to the IT environment of our VIP clients. Finding tailored solutions at the management level is one of your primary responsibilities. You are also responsible for optimizing existing IT systems, maintaining and upgrading management hardware, and installing and commissioning operating systems.
You analyze errors, resolve issues, and handle administrative tasks such as asset management and employee onboarding and offboarding. You also manage data backup, data recovery, and/or data encryption for our clients.

System Administrator
As a System Administrator (m/f/d), you are responsible for configuring, monitoring, and maintaining complex IT systems and ensuring their functionality. You apply your expertise in database systems and cloud storage as well as your experience with network architecture and infrastructure. In addition to analyzing and resolving problems and disruptions, managing hardware and software components is part of your responsibilities. When planning procurements, you conduct comparative analyses, assess technical change requirements, and evaluate their cost-effectiveness. Together with our team, you also provide expert support for our clients’ IT and their professional development. You monitor and update the entire IT infrastructure and maintain hardware and software operations, including automatic updates and backups.

Service Manager
As a Service Manager (m/f/d), you support our clients at the strategic, technical, and tactical levels, serving as the interface between clients and internal specialists. Your primary responsibilities include providing technical support to clients in their system environment at the first-level support level. This includes installing, updating, and configuring software solutions, as well as quality assurance and continuous improvement of the services offered. Exciting projects and on-site client visits also enrich your daily work.

Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for all support and client services at the second-level support tier.
You continuously identify new challenges and opportunities for our company. To this end, you develop and review our operational policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. You are also responsible for the continuous analysis and optimization of internal business processes with regard to various performance indicators with the goal of continuous improvement. As part of operational activities, you are responsible for implementing smaller upgrade and integration projects. You work closely with our business unit leaders. Together, you develop policy, planning, and strategic decisions and plan short- and long-term company objectives.

Azure Architect
In the enterprise client segment, you support our team as an Azure Architect (m/f/d) on highly exciting projects. You are responsible for advising our clients on planning, designing, and implementing cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure and integrating them into existing environments. Drawing on your experience, you create hybrid solutions for our clients and effectively combine public and private cloud components. You are independently responsible for all project planning, budgeting, and management, ensuring high client satisfaction. You provide recommendations for optimizing existing technologies or implementing new ones. At the same time, you use your expertise to guide our employees in executing important projects and processes.
