The Corporate Services team provides centrally standardized services for the entire corporate group. The operational areas of IT Consulting, Software, and IT Services are managed centrally. In addition, Corporate Services takes on responsibilities in Accounting, Controlling, Reporting, and Cash Management. A unified HR strategy ensures standardized models within the digatus Group, including career models, roles and levels, and much more. Furthermore, working together on an inclusive corporate culture strengthens the Group’s overarching value framework. Consistent corporate brand management ensures a uniform, high-quality brand presence across all media.

Accounting & Controlling

The development of our subsidiaries, investments, and business units is supported by our Accounting & Controlling team in a targeted and transparent manner with the relevant figures and facts. Accounting and downstream controlling create the basis for the right business decisions by presenting and continuously monitoring the company’s figures and objectives. The Accounting & Controlling team focuses in particular on budget and liquidity planning, monitors and compares the company’s most important and strategic KPIs, identifies deviations from plan at an early stage, and initiates appropriate measures.

Human Resources

The Human Resources team covers all areas related to Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Retention. HR is structured around three core pillars: Recruiting, HR Administration, and HR Strategy. Recruiting is responsible for designing job postings, organizing career events such as trade fairs or university events, and building a strong talent pipeline to attract new team members for digatus. People Operations includes all administrative HR processes—from contract creation to payroll and compliance through to reporting and analytics. In view of the skills shortage, HR Strategy focuses on employer branding, recruitment marketing, and the employee experience. This also includes development opportunities, career prospects, and attractive benefits to promote long-term employee retention and a strong corporate culture.

Our Marketing team continuously shapes and develops digatus’ brand presence and ensures consistent internal and external communication. In close collaboration with the business units, strategies are developed to increase the brand’s visibility and reach and to provide content that is relevant to target audiences.

Key responsibilities include creating content for various formats and channels, search engine optimization (SEO) to improve the discoverability of digital content, and maintaining and further developing the website and social media presence.

In addition, the team is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering events—from trade fairs and internal events to digital formats. With a creative and data-driven approach, the brand image is continuously developed and adapted to current market requirements.

In most cases, good, approachable, and efficient administration works invisibly, quietly, and smoothly—just as it does at digatus. Although administration serves the company’s actual purpose only indirectly, as a support function, it is the absolute backbone of our corporate group.

The range of tasks is diverse; a high level of service orientation and tact is required, and flexibility and organizational talent are essential on a daily basis.
