As a Lead Developer (m/f/d), you will not only develop individual projects and major projects, but will also be responsible for the strategic direction of digatus technology. This includes the further development of our development process and project framework, identification of technological trends and cultivation of partner relationships. Your area of responsibility is also characterized by sales responsibility. Senior Software Developer
As a Senior Software Developer (m/f/d) you are directly responsible for the successful implementation of the projects. Requirements analysis is now one of your main tasks, including actively advising the customer and jointly evaluating alternative approaches. You make sure that the software solves the problem adequately. In addition to the technological responsibility, you also take over the technical team leadership and are thus responsible for the successful cooperation within the team and with the customer.

Software Developer
As a Software Developer (m/f/d), your core task is software development. You already have enough experience to implement features independently and to support junior software developers (m/f/d) and working students (m/f/d) with problems. You have an understanding of code quality, proactively keep an eye on it, train other team members on it and keep projects technically up to date. You will also support the further development and consulting of our customers.

Junior Software Developer
After your studies or training, you will start with us as a Junior Software Developer (m/f/d) and get to know software development in a modern, technology-driven company. According to your specialization, you work together with experienced colleagues on customer projects. A junior has 0+ years of professional development experience with us and training is still the priority. As a backend developer (m/f/d), you will work on REST or GraphQL APIs, for example, and deploy them using Jenkins in Azure, Kubernetes & Co. In addition to programming, you will also get to know the other activities in a project, such as documentation, requirements engineering, architecture, consulting, etc.

During your studies of computer science (or comparable) you can use and deepen your learned knowledge of object-oriented programming in practice with us. As a working student, you will support our software team in customer projects from the very beginning and thus get to know the processes better. Together with experienced colleagues you will work, for example, on modern user interfaces or on backend systems such as REST APIs. You will also gain initial insights into other project areas such as requirements analysis or architecture modeling.

After graduating from school, you can complete an apprenticeship with us as an Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung (m/f/d) or optionally a dual study program. You will learn how to model complex systems and processes and learn the basics of software development for this purpose. This includes object-oriented programming, app development, version control, requirements analysis, unit testing, user interface designs, and more.
