adminservice24 GmbH Becomes Part of the digatus Group

Augsburg, August 1, 2024: The business operations of the IT service provider adminservice24 GmbH were acquired by digatus on July 1, 2024, and will operate as part of digatus technology GmbH in the future. The IT services group digatus thus continues its growth strategy and strengthens its market presence through the new location in Stuttgart.

adminservice24 & digatus – Establishing the Stuttgart Location

The adminservice24 GmbH has been an established IT service provider from Stuttgart for 15 years, specializing in supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The previous managing director, Tobias Haug, remains on board and supports the Stuttgart location with his many years of experience and his network.

The merger, as part of an asset deal, is the result of an intensive process of getting to know each other between digatus and adminservice24, during which a high level of agreement in vision, culture, and services was identified from the beginning.

"I am very pleased about the merger with the digatus Group and thus my succession solution. The direct integration within digatus Technology enables us to quickly leverage the synergies of the collaboration. This is to the advantage of our customers as well as digatus."

"With the acquisition of adminservice24, we are building up our presence and our service portfolio in the Stuttgart region. This enables us to win new customers and further expand our existing business."
