digatus Expands to France

Munich / Paris, May 2024. The IT services and consulting group digatus continues its growth course and initiates activities for expansion in the French market.

As part of the strategic expansion of the IT M&A business field, in which digatus successfully supports national and international clients from private equity, venture capital, corporate M&A, and family offices in IT transformation, carve-outs, and integrations, the next expansion step is taken towards France. For this purpose, digatus has been able to attract two long-standing and experienced personalities in France, whose expertise provides an ideal starting point for developing the market.

"Building on digatus' existing and sustainable growth over the past years, the regional expansion into the French market represents an ideal complement to our focus on supporting M&A transactions in the IT context. I am very pleased that we have been able to attract two experienced colleagues, Guy Roulier and Eric d'Arche, to our team, who were previously responsible for the IT M&A business for AtoS Consulting in France, following successful positions at SAP, PwC, Unilog, and Capgemini, among others. Together, we want to realize cross-border added value for our clients and look forward to future collaboration!"

"With its expertise in IT M&A transaction support and successful implementation of carve-outs, digatus is an ideal candidate for the needs of the French market, and I am very much looking forward to applying my expertise and regional market access here in the future for the benefit of our clients and mandates."
