The development of our subsidiaries, investments and business units is supported by our Accounting & Controlling team in a targeted and transparent manner with the corresponding facts and figures. Accounting and downstream controlling create the basis for the right entrepreneurial decisions through the presentation and constant monitoring of the company’s figures and targets. Among other things, the Accounting & Controlling team focuses on budget and liquidity planning, monitors and compares the most important and strategic key figures of the company, recognizes deviations from the plan at an early stage and initiates appropriate measures.

The Human Resources team covers all activities related to recruitment, administration and commitment. At digatus, the HR area is divided into three major sub-areas: Recruiting, Personnel Administration and HR Strategy. The recruiting area takes care of job postings, career events such as trade fairs, events with universities, etc. in order to find additional members for the digatus team. The HR administration area covers everything from the creation of contracts, payroll accounting, and the implementation of labor law requirements to the creation of reports and statistics.
Due to the shortage of skilled workers, the focus of the HR strategy is on the topics of personnel marketing, employer branding, employee branding. This also includes further development opportunities, career opportunities and various benefits.

In close coordination with the business units, our marketing team ensures the continuous development of our brand as well as the consistency of internal and external communication. Among other things, the focus is on the continuous creation of relevant content, search engine optimization, maintenance and support of website & social media channels as well as the organization of events.

For the most part, a good, responsive and efficient administration works invisibly, silently and smoothly, as it does at digatus. Although an administration serves the actual purpose of the company only indirectly, as a support function, so to speak, the administration is the absolute backbone of our company group.
