The Corporate Services team provides centralized standardized services for the entire corporate group. The operational areas of IT Consulting, Software, and IT Services are centrally managed. In addition, Corporate Services handles tasks in accounting, controlling, reporting, and cash management. A unified HR strategy ensures standardized models within the digatus Group, including career models, roles and levels, and much more. Furthermore, collaborative work on an inclusive corporate culture strengthens the group’s overarching value system. Consistent corporate brand management ensures a uniform and high-quality brand presence across all media.

Accounting & Controlling
Our Accounting & Controlling team supports the development of our subsidiaries, investments, and business areas in a targeted and transparent manner with the corresponding figures and facts. The accounting and subsequent controlling create the basis for the right business decisions by presenting and constantly monitoring the company’s figures and goals. The Accounting & Controlling team primarily deals with budget & liquidity planning, monitors and compares the most important and strategic key figures of the company, identifies deviations from the plan at an early stage, and initiates appropriate measures.

Human Resources
The Human Resources team covers all areas related to Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and Employee Retention. The HR department is divided into three central pillars: Recruiting, Personnel Administration, and HR Strategy. The Recruiting area is responsible for designing job advertisements, organizing career events such as job fairs or university events, and building a strong talent pipeline to attract new team members to digatus. People Operations encompasses all administrative HR processes – from contract creation to payroll and compliance, as well as reporting and analytics. Given the shortage of skilled workers, the HR strategy focuses on employer branding, personnel marketing, and employee experience. This also includes development opportunities, career prospects, and attractive benefits to promote long-term employee retention and a strong corporate culture.

Our Marketing team continuously shapes and develops digatus’ brand presence and ensures consistent internal and external communication. In close collaboration with the business units, strategies are developed to increase the visibility and reach of the brand and provide target group-relevant content.
Key tasks include content creation for various formats and channels, search engine optimization (SEO) to improve the findability of digital content, as well as maintaining and developing the website and social media presence.
In addition, the team is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing events – from trade fairs to internal events and digital formats. With a creative and data-driven approach, the brand image is continuously developed and adapted to current market requirements.

Most often, good, attentive, and efficient administration works invisibly, silently, and smoothly, as it does at digatus. Although administration only indirectly serves the actual purpose of the company as a support function, it is the absolute backbone of our corporate group.
