Our IT Operations and Services team supports customers with comprehensive know-how and experience in handling service processes. Whether by phone in the Service Help Desk or directly on-site – customer concerns have the highest priority. The tasks range from first, second, and third-level support, from the implementation of migration projects to monitoring solutions. Microsoft 365, Azure Services, Veeam Backup, Cisco Meraki, and many other technologies are used daily to ensure optimal solutions. Through close collaboration, user-oriented solutions are created that are tailored to the individual requirements of the customers. Individual training opportunities allow for continuous deepening of expertise and targeted use in projects.

VIP Service Engineer
As a VIP Service Engineer (m/f/d), you independently take on support and consulting tasks around the IT environment of our VIP customers. Finding tailored solutions at the management level is one of your main tasks. You are also responsible for optimizing existing IT systems, maintaining and upgrading management hardware, and installing and commissioning operating systems.
You analyze errors, resolve disruptions, and take over administrative management, e.g., asset management, on- & offboarding of employees. You also take care of data backup, data recovery, and/or data encryption for our customers.

System Administrator
As a System Administrator (m/f/d), you are responsible for the configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of complex IT systems and ensure their functionality. You use your expertise in database systems and cloud storage as well as your experience with network architecture and infrastructure. In addition to analyzing and resolving problems and disruptions, your tasks include managing hardware and software components. When planning procurements, you conduct variant comparisons, check technical change requirements, and assess their economic efficiency. Together with our team, you also take care of the professional support of our customers’ IT and their further training. You control and update the entire IT infrastructure and maintain the operation of hardware and software, including automatic updates and backups.

Service Manager
As a Service Manager (m/f/d), you support our customers at strategic, technical, and tactical levels, representing the interface between customers and internal specialists. Your main tasks include providing technical support to customers in their system environment at the first level support level. This also includes the installation, update, and configuration of software solutions as well as quality assurance and continuous improvement of the services offered. Exciting projects and on-site customer visits also enrich your daily work routine.

Operations Manager
As an Operations Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the entire support and care of our customers at the second level.
You continuously identify new problems and opportunities for our company. To this end, you constantly develop and review our operational policies and procedures. You are also responsible for the ongoing analysis and optimization of internal business processes regarding various performance indicators with the goal of continuous improvement. As part of operational activities, you are responsible for implementing smaller upgrade and integration projects. You work closely with our Business Unit leaders. Together, you design policy, planning, and strategy decisions and plan short-term and long-term company goals.

Azure Architect
As an Azure Architect (m/f/d) in the enterprise customer segment, you support our team on highly exciting projects. You are responsible for advising our customers on planning, designing, and implementing cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure, as well as their integration into existing environments. Drawing on your experience, you create hybrid solutions for our customers and sensibly combine public and private cloud components. You are independently responsible for the entire project planning, budgeting, and management, ensuring high customer satisfaction. You provide us with recommendations for optimizing existing technologies or implementing new ones and their realization. At the same time, you use your expertise to guide our employees in carrying out important projects and processes.
