As an Azure Architect (m/f/d), you will support our team in highly exciting projects in the Enterprise customer segment. You will be responsible for advising our customers on the planning, design and implementation of cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure and their integration into existing environments. Based on your experience, you will create hybrid solutions for our customers and combine public and private cloud components in a meaningful way. You are responsible for the entire project planning, budgeting and control and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will make recommendations for the optimization of existing or the use of new technologies and their implementation. At the same time, you will use your expertise to guide our employees in the execution of important projects and processes.

As Operations Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the entire support and care of our customers on the second level.

You will continuously identify new problems and opportunities for our company. To do this, you will constantly develop and review our operational policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for the ongoing analysis and optimization of internal business processes with respect to various performance indicators with the goal of continuous improvement. As part of operations, you will be responsible for the implementation of smaller upgrade and integration projects You will work closely with our business unit leaders. Together you will design policy, planning and strategy decisions and plan short and long term business goals.

As a Service Manager (m/f/d) you support our customers on a strategic, technical and tactical level and represent the interface between the customers and the internal specialist colleagues. Your main tasks include providing technical support to customers in their system environment at the first level support level. In addition, you will be responsible for the installation, update and configuration of software solutions as well as quality assurance and continuous improvement of the services offered. Exciting projects and on-site customer visits also enrich your daily work.

As a system administrator (m/f/d), you are responsible for configuring, monitoring and maintaining complex IT systems and ensuring that they function properly. To do this, you will use your expertise in database systems and cloud storage as well as your experience with network architecture and infrastructure. In addition to analyzing and resolving problems and malfunctions, your tasks will include managing hardware and software components. When planning procurements, you carry out comparisons of variants, check the need for technical changes and assess their cost-effectiveness. In addition, you will work with our team to provide expert IT support to our customers and ensure their continuing development. You will monitor and update the entire IT infrastructure and maintain the operation of hardware and software, including automatic updates and backups.

As a VIP Service Engineer (m/f/d), you will be responsible for support and consulting tasks related to the IT environment of our VIP customers. One of your main tasks will be to find suitable solutions at management level. You will also be responsible for optimizing existing IT systems, maintaining and upgrading management hardware, and installing and commissioning operating systems.

You analyze errors, troubleshoot and take care of administrative management e.g. asset management, onboarding & offboarding of employees. You also take care of data backup, data recovery and/or data encryption for our customers.
