Only a few companies currently have an actively implemented Feelgood & Health Management. The first step primarily involves identifying, on a personal level, which daily activities “give energy” and which “drain energy.” Subsequently, individual strategies are developed to integrate “energy-givers” more frequently into daily life, thereby reducing time spent on “energy-drainers.” This has included everything from regular “microbreaks” after each meeting and optimizing personal time management to even dog sponsorships at animal shelters!
As Feelgood & Health Management, represented by Hannes, operates neutrally, all individuals involved in the company benefit. Existing successful practices are enhanced, while potential impediments are simultaneously addressed to boost the performance of each individual and, consequently, the entire group!
