End User Support

Our support concept combines all essential elements to optimally assist users and efficiently organize your IT processes. The 1st 2nd Level Service Desk is the first point of contact for all technical inquiries. While simple problems are solved immediately, specialized experts in the 2nd Level handle more complex challenges. This service is complemented by our Field Service, which intervenes on-site when hardware problems or network disruptions occur. Our On-Site Support provides even more direct assistance by delivering technical help directly at the workplace, thus minimizing downtime.

Executive Support

We offer tailored support for executives and specialized departments with personal contacts, quick response times, and exclusive care. Whether technical support, consultation, or user training – we ensure efficient solutions and maximum availability.

Helpdesk and Availability

Our Service Desk is available by phone from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 18:00. Upon request, we also offer a 24/7 hotline for continuous support. English-speaking support agents are also available for international clients.

Customer Portal

For better tracking and management of support requests, we can provide you with an individual customer portal if needed. This can be made accessible to either internal IT administrators, end users, or both groups. Through an integrated ticket system, requests can be processed in a structured manner and solution paths can be transparently tracked.
