A future-oriented cloud strategy across all relevant business processes is essential for tomorrow’s success. In order to take advantage of the latest cloud solutions, we develop a suitable strategy, define the necessary cloud architecture and ensure a smooth migration of systems to the cloud. For operations, we implement the appropriate solution and rely on hosting in the public cloud, private cloud or a hybrid model, taking into account scaling according to requirements.
Cloud strategy
Implementing cloud services is not just about the implementation itself, but about addressing the company’s long-term strategic direction, business goals and vision. Together with our customers, we look at the initial situation in the company and develop an individual roadmap.
As part of the cloud strategy, prevailing concerns and open questions should be addressed as best as possible. Since there is no such thing as “the cloud”, it is important to understand what cloud actually means for the company in question from a technical point of view: Is it a question of outsourcing server operations and computing power, should industry-specific software-as-a-service solutions be used, or is it a question of implementing cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365?
Cloud architecture
When creating a suitable implementation concept, we work with the customer to define the necessary basic building blocks for the optimal structure of their cloud architecture in a technologically sustainable manner. To ensure a stable and structured transition of services, aspects such as security, availability, scalability and speed must be taken into account.
Cloud Migration
In the implementation phase, the “Going to the Cloud” project is realized on the basis of the individual roadmap and the actual transition and migration is carried out. We support our customers in the context of user adoption as needed, for example, with the Microsoft 365 rollout, Teams integration or the support of Exchange services and are available for any queries or problems with our service desk.
Cloud Operations
After the successful migration, it is important to ensure reliable operation through sustainable backup, security and user management as well as automated monitoring. The continuous development and improvement of cloud services also plays an important role here. New services and processes must be established, applied and lived in the company. The change process not only changes the processes themselves, but also the entire culture in the company, which is why every single employee must be taken along on the path into the cloud.
